Speech Language Pathologist

Ravinia Reading Center, and Ravinia Reading Center of Lincoln Park, are the only reading centers in the world owned and staffed exclusively by speech-language pathologists, and we're looking for strong CF/CCC-SLPs to join our practice. New hires will learn to integrate etymology, morphology and phonology (i.e., the different ways our writing system represents language), in order to provide effective therapeutic intervention to children with reading disorders.

Training and clinical guidance will be provided by Directors, Holly Shapiro, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, and Traci Tague, M.A., CCC-SLP. We are currently looking for SLPs at both our Highland Park and Chicago (Lincoln Park) locations that would like to work part-time (at least two days a week). Schedules would include Sunday day and one or more weekday (Monday-Thursday) after school.

Ravinia Reading Center offers an starting hourly rate of $42.50. You will be compensated based on your caseload regardless of client attendance.
